This workshop will discuss boundaries and supervision as essential for emotional prosperity and ethical decision making. Join other participants to consider how being a helping professional impacts emotional and physical well-being and how you can help yourself, your colleagues, and your supervisees remain resilient.
As a result of this training, participants will:
- Develop ethical decision-making skills related to boundary setting which are necessary for emotional prosperity
- Learn clinical supervision strategies for maximizing emotional prosperity and methods of applying them to both the therapeutic relationship and the organizational context
- Review organizational interventions which can help human service organizations develop cultures optimal for employee well-being
