Journal Series on Loss

Join JCS Health Educator, Brittni Barcase, and JCS Grief Clinician, Donna Kane, MA, CT, for this two-part journaling series. In both sessions we will work through journal prompts to understand the loss we carry or how to support someone else navigating loss. Additionally, we will learn breathing techniques for those moments a pen and paper aren’t readily available. 

Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions to create a welcoming, communal space for all participants.
