Calming Our Nerves, Lifting Our Spirits

Group Meets Monday, February 15 – Thursday February 18, 2021 

In this four-day sequence of interactive sessions, you will learn and practice practical tips and tricks – such as mindfulness exercises – for reducing anxiety and elevating emotional and physical well-being in this ever-changing internal and external landscape. Participation in all four sessions is valuable but not mandatory.

This program is part of our Cabin Fever virtual series for adults.
