JCS is currently looking for an individual to work full-time as a Receptionist in our Park Heights and Owings Mills offices. Regular shifts will include evening hours. Some on-call work is expected. Receptionist should be punctual and ready to begin work at the set start time.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service in reception to clients and staff
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments
  • Register clients for appointments, collect client co-pays, and manage a cash drawer
  • Input confidential client information into our in-house database system

Knowledge and Skills:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Highly proficient with computer and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, in person, written and orally
  • Must have a professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Familiarity with and/or sensitivity to Jewish values and customs
