Mastering Your Emotions

In these interactive sessions, JCS Health and Wellness Educators will share principles of emotional intelligence that can help us weather periods of uncertainty and instability in our lives.

You will be guided in exploring emotional regulation, resiliency, mindfulness, and self-empowerment strategies to use in navigating your personal journey toward mastering emotions and enhancing your mental health.

Free and open to the public.
