The Jewish Community Services Prevention & Wellness team invites 16 to 23 year olds to join us a screening of the short film, It’s Real, and a conversation around suicide prevention and awareness.
It’s Real, produced by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, features college students sharing real stories and experiences about their mental health challenges. It encourages students to be mindful of the state of their mental health, to acknowledge and recognize when they or someone they care about are struggling, and what steps to take to seek help. Resource packets will be provided following the program.
