I was broken. It’s the only word I have to describe how I felt at this pivotal period in my life. I felt like I had been shattered into a million pieces and I was trudging along, trying to appear whole on the outside.
It was late winter of 2014. I was already about 8 months into my first ever teacher training course and it was the weekend of dynamic meditation.
I had no idea what dynamic meditation was.
So, for those of you reading who are, like I was, lost when it comes to dynamic meditation, here is what I experienced, without explanation.
